The garden concept for this luxury housing project of condominium units and villas was ‘Thai resort style’. Thai garden elements such as the ‘Sala’ (Thai pavilion), glazed pots, stone sculpture, ‘spirit houses’ (miniature houses as residence for the spirits of the land) were used to help evoke a SE Asian garden style together with lush tropical planting, lily pools and Thai influenced building architecture. The garden area included villa gardens with private plunge pools and two large communal swimming pools.
