Design for the 7^th floor podium garden, which wraps around two 50 floor apartment towers, extends classic forms of the building façade architecture into the landscape.

A large oval lawn extends in front of the towers, creating a grand forecourt to the buildings and functional space for parties.  Low walls curve into circular pot features demarcating the building entrances, and a circular arbour on the central axis links through to the swimming pool zone. Garden features include a 25m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, kid’s pool, playground, looped jogging track, sloped lawn amphitheatre, rooftop tennis court and a dedicated ‘quiet zone’ on the north side of the towers with moveable seating and a Meditation plaza for yoga and group exercising.
