P.L. Design provided complete landscape design services for this grand-scale single housing development including the main entrance, streetscape, and clubhouse with community swimming pool. Design inspiration for the project was the exuberant architectural fantasy of Sun City Resort, South Africa with classic European style architecture on a grand scale.
