This project consisting of four six story condominium buildings and a clubhouse grouped around expansive gardens lies directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The design concept was for a Thai style garden. Large swimming pools, waterfalls and pavilions are designed to be enjoyed by guests while walkways draw guests through the gardens the beach. Thai garden elements such as the ‘Sala’ (Thai pavilion), glazed pots, stone sculpture, ‘spirit houses’ (miniature houses as residence for the spirits of the land) were specially imported to help evoke a SE Asian garden style together with lush tropical planting, lily pools and Thai architecture.
