Landscaping was developed to enhance the strong curvilinear form of the architectural masterplan. On the North side, decorative paving highlights the drop off at each entrance lobby with either a pocket garden or decorative wall. Cobble textured highlights slow traffic at these key pedestrian crossings. Pocket gardens are designed with shaded seating as meeting points for residents. The Clubhouse garden centred in the development is the community focal point with lap and kid’s pools, playground, jogging track, exercise stations, amphitheatre and lawn for special events and play.
