One of Bangkok’s most popular hotels, Shangri-la added Chi, The Spa in 2004. P.L. Design’s scope of work included design of both ‘The Garden Suite’ treatment room and renovation of the Krungthep Wing swimming pool and terrace. A wood arbour defines the walkway to the Shangri-la Wing. Thai style was chosen for the pool side Massage Pavilion to relate to the hotel’s adjoining Thai Restaurant. ‘The Garden Suite’ features a Jacuzzi set in a lily pool.
